Southbound, Northern Illinois' newest country band, plays hits from classic country artists like Johnny Cash to Waylon Jennings; modern artists like Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town; and Southern and Texas rock and Blues from Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Blackberry Smoke, and others.
Southbound has performed all over the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area at venues and festivals such as Sideout's in Island Lake, Dock's Bar and Grill in Wauconda, The Brat Stop, Durty Nellies, The Tribute Island Festival, McHenry's Fiesta Days, Diamond Jim's, Keif's Reef, Niko's Red Mill, and others.
These experienced musicians hail from around McHenry County, Illinois, and have the goal of playing the fun music they grew up with, share with others, and to get people out on the dance floor!
